Changes in the WakaWaka team

This has been an interesting week at the WakaWaka Foundation. Today we will say goodbye to two of our interns: Emma and Lilian. The WakaWaka Foundation is thankful for the great work that they have done. We asked Lilian how she will remember her months at WakaWaka:

“I am glad that I had the chance to contribute to the Foundation from an early stage. In the time that I worked at WakaWaka I have witnessed a large growth. This has impacted the lives of many people around the world, by bringing them light.”

Luckily Emma and Lilian will be replaced by three new interns: Emma, Jip and Julia. Emma will be working on carbon credits, corporate responsibility and special projects. Jip is mainly involved with the WakaWaka Micro-Entrepreneurs program and the Crisis Aid program. Julia will be the first contact person for Sun Sharing Alliance partners. If you want to read more about them or the rest of our team, go to our Management and Staff page.
