Otuam

Luxury travel company Virtuoso provided 300 WakaWaka Lights to the village of Otuam in Ghana, the village where former President Atta Mills was born (he passed away in 2012). Wakas were primarely donated to the school children in the village. For every shcool in the district, the top three students received a WakaWaka. In addition, WakaWakas were provided the chief council of the village and to two dozen fisherman, who often fish in the dark.
