Lights for earthquake victims

The vil­lages of Fu­tung and Palu­bari were heav­ily af­fected by the earth­quake of April 25th 2015. More than 8000 people were kill­ded and many more were in­jured. Many fam­il­ies lost their homes and the pro­vi­sion of elec­tri­city is ir­reg­u­lar. The WakaWa­kas provide the people with light dur­ing the reg­u­lar black­outs (which can last up to 18 hours).
