Refugees in Lesbos

Thou­sands of refugees ar­rive on the shores of Les­bos every week with next to noth­ing. Save the Chil­dren has dis­trib­uted 1100 WakaWaka Powers to the most vul­ner­able fam­il­ies and chil­dren on the is­land. The Powers en­able fam­il­ies to gain ac­cess to in­form­a­tion and stay in touch with their loved ones , a ba­sic need for many of the fam­il­ies. Moreover the sol­ar lights provide a much needed source of light and safety in the camps which of­ten have little light­ing.
