Dogon Women

We are part­ne­ring with Stich­ting Do­gon Vrou­wen Ini­ti­a­tief (Foun­da­ti­on Do­gon Wo­men Ini­ti­a­ti­ve), to pro­vi­de the wo­men in the Do­gon re­gi­on in West-Ma­li with hund­reds of Wa­ka­Wa­ka Lights. The Do­gon Ini­ti­a­ti­ve pro­vi­des wo­men with mi­cro-fi­nan­ce ini­ti­a­ti­ves and vo­ca­ti­o­nal trai­ning. The or­ga­ni­za­ti­on ob­tains Wa­ka­Wa­ka pro­ducts for a re­du­ced pri­ce in or­der to sup­port the­se ef­forts. The Do­gon Wo­men pro­ject is lo­ca­ted in a very re­mo­te re­gi­on of Ma­li which is on­ly re­a­cha­ble by foot or mo­tor bi­ke.
