Return and Refund

WakaWaka accepts products in new condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

This exclusively applies to products purchased on waka-waka.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

To return your product please contact our customer service team at support@waka-waka.com.

We will process your request and will refund to you the total amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning. Once we receive the item(s), please allow for up to 14 days for the return to be processed.

Please note that WakaWaka does not generally offer free shipping on returns.


 

Repair or Replace

WakaWaka will repair or replace any WakaWaka product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material under normal consumer use.

The warranty period depends on the product but ranges from 12 to 24 months.

If product(s) you purchased are damaged or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service team at support@waka-waka.com.

If you purchased your product(s) from a retailer, please contact them directly for information on any warranty they may offer.
